A little bit about my background and how i got here

The beginnings

I've always had a health in the forefront of my mind. Growing up a little on the bulky side so i began a movement practice at 15. I started my plant-based journey in 2014 with the intention of becoming the strongest healthiest version of myself. Whilst starting my career in architecture and food trading as a passion project with a close friend. It was truly a joy to expand my reach and connect with others for the first time.

Today

Day-to-day activities revolve around supporting clients' health and well-being through coaching sessions, personalised plans, providing resources and cooking for my vegan food brand Bynaturefoods. We have some seriously mouthwatering food that you cant say no to.

I finally felt like I was living my life as an                                active participant

2008

Started a movement practice and
developed a routine. This has grounded me through difficulties times, I can't recommend it enough - Do something difficult everyday.

2014

Graduated university in interior
architecture and property
development. Gained a level of
accuracy for detail which has allowed
my creativity to flow through

2015

Began my plant based journey

2017

Moved to London, and started a
vegan food franchise with a college
friend. Whilst climbing the corporate
ladder #Sleepdeprived

2020

Began sharing my passion for
plantbased food online
@plantbasedre and connected with
others with similar passions to mine.

2023

Graduated as a health coach
currently pursuing further education to enhance my ability to work through client issues.

Present

Present I get to live a goal of mine to support clients' health and well-being and cooking for my vegan food brand
Bynaturefoods.

I have now spent the better part of a decade deep diving into foundational books and ideas in nutrition, mental health and mindfulness.

What I discovered along the way was nothing short of life-changing. With each layer of reality on the food industry being revealed through documentary after documentary. I have been slowly heading towards an impasse for a long time now. 
A small change health coaching is my clear step towards taking control of where I direct my energy and focus whilst expanding this to those I can help.
