Why Join A Mens Group?
There are some things in life as a Man that should only be shared with other Men. Nothing political, just factual.
The focus is on the inner landscape of each man and the men facilitating, as he describes his lived experience. In turn, we reflect on the difficulties we all share as men.
Foster Belonging
Many men find that group mates understand them more intimately than even their own families. This sense of trust and belonging cultivated within the group setting can then permeate outwardly into your everyday lives.
Breaking Old Patterns
Men often have ingrained behavioural patterns that no longer serve them. Sometimes it's easier to recognise these patterns in other group members before seeing them in ourselves. The group not only increases awareness but also supports men through the challenges of changing these patterns by providing encouragement and accountability.
Being Authentic
Learning from the experiences of others who are also willing to remove their masks and be vulnerable. They are often surprised to find that other men also struggle to reconcile their inner selves with societal expectations of masculinity.
A Safe Training Ground
A supportive men's group serves as a flight simulator – a place to experiment with new behaviors or simply vent without causing harm. It's an environment where the "plane" can crash and no one gets hurt.
Discovering New Paths
Some men find that the personal growth sparked by the group helps them discover or refine their passion, leading them toward a more rewarding life for themselves and those around them.
Donations are gratefully accepted and they are tax-deductible.

Monday's 8pm-9pm GMT
Please be there on time or a little early. The first ten minutes is to get to know each other and iron out any technical problems, then we start with a check-in from each man. The facilitator will close the room to new entrants after 10 minutes to make it a safe and uninterrupted space for men to share deeply.
Men come to weekly online men's groups to get clarity and share their experiences and difficulties and to hear from other men on how they have handled:
Relationship issues, Separation, Divorce, Anxiety and/or Depression, Mood or personality disorder, Loneliness and Isolation, Grief, loss, bereavement. Thoughts of suicide or life’s not worth living! Retirement, Unemployment or Career challenges. Financial worries, Anger Management, Strong Emotions, Mid Life Crises
You will need access to a reliable internet connection.
